Hello there,
I recently started to have a problem with the game overwatch at launch. It appears that when I press play it says the game is running for about 2 sec and then goes back to “normal” but the game never launches. I am out of ideas since I’ve tried anything I could find on the internet going from rebooting my pc to re installing the while game/my driver/battle.net app. I also noticed that the PTR works perfectly fine. Did this happen to any of you? If so, how dod you manage to fix it!
This is usually caused by the Razer Synapse software.
If you continue to have issues, please add the requested DxDiag.
I don’t have any hardware related to razer 
And I said the game won’t open, not the game crashes with a black screen
