My fps suddenly dropped

So I was playing overwatch yesterday, and my fps suddenly dropped from 100+ to a consistent 15 fps or lower and sometimes it goes up to 40

Here are my specs

8gb ram

i5-3470 3.20GHz

My gpu is an RX 580 8GB

Same problem same gpu. Was working fine yesterday and now it’s unplayable
