Probably because people are tired of seeing mercy threads. Even though they could just avoid them and move on, especially when they have nothing constructive to say or add to the conversation.
It could also just be the left over toxic attitude people adopted for mercy during her most OP months.

I’m in a lot of threads, not just Mercy ones. But to be honest, considering the Mercy spam, it isn’t surprising, there are literally bazillion Mercy threads every day.
Oh and I don’t object, I don’t mind the personal attention you and your sub-group gives me on a daily basis. 
Mass rez is an unhealthy mechanic.
Fun is subjective and anecdotal, has no relevance when discussing balance.
Mercy has never been underpowered and/or a troll pick or not viable.

To address every mercy main in the same light based off of nothing more then conflicting views with some of them is completely unnecessary.
Why can’t people just be nice to each other?
This is why people leave the game, the community is so toxic to itself.

Agreed. There is no reason to be lumping “mercy mains”. But quite simply, people are just mean cause it’s the internet I guess?
My only real problem with people coming into these threads and being rude is the simple fact that there is very little of them that will make a real argument or say anything that is constructive. I dont care if you’re rude, just talk about the topic at hand in a meaningful way.

I highly doubt it at this point. I think all the healers are right where they need to be, with maybe the exception of Brigitte’s Shield Bash still being a bit too strong.
But you need to be good to get value out of Ana. If you’re not, you suck hard and your team will lose because they have a mediocre healer who can’t land heals or sleep darts. There’s a reason her winrates are low once you get below Platinum.
I see you in a lot of Mercy threads. The fact that you have lots of threads doesn’t disprove this.
Tbh, most of us would much rather be discussing with someone like Kazper or Quest who actually have pretty decent arguments.
Again, if they were truly thinking about balance when reworking Mercy, she one, wouldn’t have gotten reworked and two, wouldn’t have been ridiculously OP unless that is balanced in your eyes. It’s obvious that they were trying to make her more fun and engaging.
Yeah, that’s just my opinion since the healing nerf is pretty huge.

Haha. I’m not a good Ana but I can easily hold my own in masters. So easy to press Q on an ulting Genji and win a team fight.
When was she fun in the first place?
You’re in Masters for a reason, though. A Gold Ana is going to do considerably worse than you.

Trust me, her ult for how easy it is to use is just way too powerful. This meta is see how fast you can build nano blade.
I mean, yeah it’s easy to administer, but a teammate jumping in front of you last second is Nano’s biggest counter. Not to mention, you’re at the mercy of whoever was Nano’ed, and people can easily blow it.
Pretty much every Ultimate is easy to use, with the exception of some of the DPS.
If I had a guess, I believe that It’s residual bitterness from the hate that Mercy has garnered since her invincible rez buff and the fact that she’s so popular (jealousy). And since then, it’s only grown. This is the only forum I can think of where people are so incredibly sensitive to how many posts of something there is “supposed” to be as well. If it’s mercy that is.
Of course, if the majority of these threads are about any other hero, we won’t have the same gang of people making the typical snide “stop spamming the thread!” remarks. Coincidence?
I would assume that those specific people don’t like how other people ignore their commands and post threads anyway. It makes them feel a lot less important, I suppose. Lots of bruised egos and all that would add to that hate as well. Luckily, people actually in-game are a lot nicer to Mercy mains than on here (I’ve never been called a cult member in-game for example), so I assume that these forums are just the loud minority when it comes to actual Mercy hate.
It’s all superficial really, as people who are that toxic towards them in game are quickly dealt with via the reporting system. It’s also probably why you don’t see the same behavior in the game itself - no one is going to tolerate it like we do here. So the “Mercy haters” get that layer of protection by posting their toxicity here in this forum instead.
It is kind of hilarious to think, because Reddit considers this forum a “Mercy main forum”, yet hating mercy mains here is popular to do and people do it all the time without any harsh consequences (save for outright harassing them and becoming real live threats, of which many of us mercy mains have actually witnessed on here). Those people generally don’t last to long here, thank goodness.

Maybe stop spamming so much and drowning the forums in Mercy threads and you will see me more often in other places. 
And yet here you are chasing after me in every thread. 
Also none of you Reverts/Reworkers or whatever are able to refute my argument as of yet.
That’s your opinion, that isn’t backed up by evidence. Mass rez was unhealthy mechanic, the SR abuse is also well documented.
And here again you change the argument to “defeat” it. He is not calling anyone an idiot, he is commenting on the hive-mind, mob justice style that your sub-group conducts itself. Making an observation about the behavior of a sub-group and commenting on that is not inflammatory.
You do realize that by you posting in every Mercy thread you consider “spam”, you are actually making that thread more popular, and further adding to the list of Mercy threads on the front page right?
In fact, every time you respond, you are bumping the very threads you hate so much. You do realize that right? So I say, great job keeping the threads up for us Mercy mains, you’re doing an excellent job keeping Mercy on the top of the forums!

lets just stop talking about this, Undertone has his POV that a lot of us dont agree with so just let him keep his way and just ignore him or dont talk to him, he´s not going to change his view of the world
