Devs answered them, as many as to other heroes, like Sombra, torb, zen tracer All of them. A little drop of information (like lore) for all, so we all in one boat)
wrong again this has nothing to do with literature at all.

Opinion - a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.

Listen OP just run DPS Moira or auto-lock widow or some other dPS and let others play healer. Learning new characters is valuable to the game
However there are steps to take
Set your icon to mercy
Hide your profile
Auto-lock DPS
It gets really funny

Mercy takes a lot of skill. Idiots just think this game is all about Aim and nothing more. Thats why they say mercy is easy/noob. Thats also why they dont climb in rank and never get better. Mercy needs top tier game sence to be good. She has to know what her entire team is doing at all times. She has to constantly make note of who is playing correctly and who should be healed at what time.
A mercy thats worried to much about healing everyone vs knowing whos playing right and healing them is a far better mercy. Mecry has to make the decision on who should die and who should stay alive. Healing the wrong person can cost her life and the rest of the team. Mercy requires strong critical thinking skills.
Belive it or not she needs good mechanical skills as well to dodge.
