A lot of characters have a lot better self-defense tools, but regardless of that, I don’t see many interactions where DPS are doing things in a position that D.va would be diving. I can only think of hitscan/snipers playing the backline, but those characters always have pockets and are naturally weak to any dive Tank. Speaking of snipers though, they peel through a lot of armor, a lot more than Reaper can.
Besides, Mei is far better for dealing with D.va and has the same amount of health as Reaper, yet you made no huge nerf changes to her like you did for him.
Referring to the 225 HP nerfs. Other characters who were unaffected by these nerfs but were still far more lethal than Reaper in season 11 did not skyrocket alongside Reaper as they should have if the 225 HP nerfs were really that impactful.
It wasn’t very clear that you were referring to your idea of increased ranged shots and not the official Shadow Step rework coming soon™. Either way, I later explain that the “ranged shots” are equally as unimpactful as Shadow Step, especially in comparison to a 300 damage Hanzo bolt.
Not Widow. Widow is the only one that is supremely easy to punish out of all the snipers. But the rest, yes. They are supremely easy in comparison.
Slightly? Reaper is unplayable on Havana. In comparison to Kings Row, where he is… mediocre at best (and that’s one of his best maps). If the sightlines on the map are longer than 5m of range, he becomes useless. His niche was tank busting, which they gave away to instance-based-damage characters.
I can’t think of a single map or team composition where Reaper is the best pick. Every aspect of his kit has someone else in the roster that can do it better.
Assuming this works like Winston’s… because y’know…
No headshot damage would mean a maximum of 108 damage. But since it’s reduced it would have to be less than that. You don’t need to tell me the exact numbers when I know what the maximum is.
-5% Lifesteal is not small. Especially when he’s extremely susceptible to damage because of his massive hitbox and lack of mobility.
And an extension on his recently “buffed” Shadow Step cast time (that did literally nothing because standing still for 2.7 seconds is not much different from standing still for 3 seconds).
Whatever you say.
