You’ll either have to remove Ironclad completely or heavily reduce the ratio of armor/health if you want Bastion to not destroy the game with such changes.
(Even though the changes themselves do way too little to address Bastion’s horrible fundamental design in the first place, but anyways)…
Way too minor compensation nerf when considering these major buffs, which again will do nothing but make Junkrat’s horrible spam play style even stronger than it already is.

Such a change would absolutely destroy low/mid - ranked and console playing environments. You will have to completely eliminate the Pharmercy interaction in order for such changes to be even remotely balanced.
The latest Experimental changes for Moira fulfill all these and even more objectively and much more successfully as well…

Do you mean crit multiplier is 1.8 or do you mean that if damage is critical she has a 20% damage resistance after the crit?
Well im not sure, id need to do the calcs to see whats the difference
For now lets say she straight up reduces the crit damage by 20%
Because the difference is significant.
Hanzo Bow for example has 125 damage arrows
125*1.8 = 225 damage
(125*2)*80% = 200 damage
The latter, straight up less…probably easier to code too
Healthy changes, I love it!
I like this, however as we saw with Mei, having heroes block line of sight is kind of filled with bugs
I would honestly rather if Roadhog simply increased in size and gained a huge amount of decaying shields (these give no ult charge), his tanking skill is supposed to be his size but Reinhardt is bigger than him, push his theme forward by making him huge during take a breather

Melee hit is the one consistent thing across heroes, they could indeed start doing all kinds of crazy stuff for it but this is what keeps the game sort of cohesive, anyone can hit for the same amount of damage under the right circumstances, messing with it is a big no
Probably not a good idea, considering Orisa is basically Tank Bastion
I can see it but he would need way bigger changes than what you listed, not just damage reduction but some way to push front lines forward, kind of like wrecking ball

Yes to the cd reduction but for teleporter I’d like an offset cooldown where you press the key, your cooldown begins but the tp isn’t broken immediately, instead it starts counting down for 5 seconds, total cd should be 10 so that the overlap allows you to have 5 seconds in between casts only
I would also like it if the tp dealt damage around it when the countdown finishes but that might be a bit too much

I think his CC is good for a tank but the problem is that it’s mostly single target, like, if his rocket punch did like a wall push for everyone on the enemy side that would be more of a tank skill, a very aggressive and kind of OP one but you get the point
I do understand that slam is AoE but like it would need to change from cone to an actual AoE around impact, same for Uppercut. His ult though, considering all the CC and “damage” he has everywhere else, would need to be a straight up defensive ult, tanks don’t really have defensive ults but they also don’t have such aggressive kits I think
Not gonna lie, I literally thought that was how his suck worked for awhile. Since it said “generates shield hp” I thought it was his barrier hp. My how wrong I was.

Yeah, definitely. Play Overwatch still says “Brigitte throws a Repair Pack that can heal an ally. Any healing over that ally’s maximum health provides them with armor instead.” and “Brigitte moves faster and provides all nearby allies with armor that lasts until it’s removed by damage.”
