Well yeah but the thing is that pre 2-2-2 brig had one massive problem. that she couldnt heal very well. and most of the time healers compete for their ability to heal for the healer slot, and utility doesnt really come into play up until higher ranks

Sure, but there were far better ways to go about doing that that didn’t involve deleting what she was.

so if you wanted to bring back pre 2-2-2 brig, you would quite literally have to put her on the tank category as a tank that can furfill a niche as a healer. and thus have a “mini goats” comp possible

I would legitimately be OK with that. In fact I’ve suggested that exact thing. Full revert, make inspire self only, if necessary raise her armor to 100 for a total health pool mirroring Bastion, and push her to the tank category.

I would definitely come back to try that version of Brigitte. If I’m being honest, for overall meta reasons, it would probably better if she was in the tank category anyway.
