Mouse & Keyboard has noticeable input delay after PC wakes from sleep

Mouse: Razer DeathAdder Chroma
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition Chroma

Problem: After my PC wakes up from sleep, there is a small but noticeable input delay from my mouse and keyboard. This goes away when I restart my PC, but happens every time when I put my PC to sleep and wake it up again. This is forcing me to restart my PC every time after I put it to sleep to be able to play Overwatch smoothly. So far I’ve only noticed this problem in Overwatch. Any support would be appreciated.

I have already uninstalled Razer Chroma SDK, but it didn’t solve this problem. Is this a problem with Overwatch or my computer?
