Just wanna ask does Molten Core deal 190 damage to those with innate armor e.g. brig,rein,dva,bastion, etc or to those with armor e.g. any hero with rally armor? Cause if it s the latter does that mean if they lose the armor they would take 130dps instead of 190dps?
For example orisa has 200hp and 200 armor. If she loses her armor via damage intake or what not and just have 200hp remaining, would she receive 130dps (because she no longer has armor) or 190dps still (because she has innate armor in her hp bar)??
So yeah, it’s like you said: Bonus DPS until the hero has no more armour on their healthbar and then it’s down to regular DPS, with no difference between whether said armour is a natural feature of the hero or added by Rally.
