No No and no. You get it fast, that is one of it’s biggest advantages and it’s an ult you should never keep. You have it? “tanks charge and I’ll keep you alive”, you have it but the fight is won? Use it in combo with damage orb to destroy squishies that got staggered. It is a really good ult for both initation and finishing off the targets, not to mention all the non tanks tend to run away from it so you can even clear areas.

I play Moira and I think the meh nature of her ult is fine when you consider she can have ult in about 20 seconds after a match starts

moira needs to get in line
150 hps and 75 dps would be a more reasonable change.
Although, it’s not really that good against pirate ship unless your DPS are actually focusing on the Bastion since her can laugh through it and melt her with a focus, even before the current buff.
I will agree it’s nice to punish people for hiding behind a shield.
But I personally wouldn’t mind it doing a little more healing and damage because when your team mate can still die easily under a DVA spray while standing in it, or as I mentioned Bastion can laugh it off, even more so with a zen orb or Mercy pocket. Something may need a little tweaking.
I’m a Moira main and I think she’s very balanced, but her ult can be a tad underwhelming at times. Sometimes it’s perfect, other times it’s not. I personally wouldn’t mind her getting a little more self heal from it so a soldier can’t just blast her to death.
Moira’s ult is already a pause button for the game in many cases and you want to enforce that even more? No, thanks.
