One habit it took me a while to kick was to consistently stay 10m behind my tanks no matter what.
I’d find myself beside a zarya or something every once in a while, but being able to see your whole team is the trick…
Plus throwing a healing orb in the direction your tank wants to go is great

Of course for mccree Player it’s harder to aim… But guess what, he gets rewarded with higher dmg and the ability to head shot people :))

Sounds like you were out of position if the ball is only hitting you. Stay next to you team and her damage is laughable
Rather every Moira hater, or whatever you call yourself, is delusional, it’s not even funny.
I usually try to bounce one where it will rebound if damage is low so it can heal more on the second pass.
I’ll try that “lead by orb” idea.
My only complaint about Moira is that she is much too dominating at lower ranks. I’m talking bronze and silver here. She gets such good value from damage that it kind of promotes the opposite style of play that will give you more success at higher ranks. Plus she is so much easier than most of the roster to play.
Purple orb + rmb = unstoppable juggernaught with 0 counters there.

Yeah low ranks are an anomaly. Sym and Torb are absolute beasts.
And guess what, as Moira you won’t destroy a torb in 1v1.

Yeah she is my top played hero by far, I really enjoy her playstyle. Turrets are one of those things you should know to avoid as Moira. But her value is incredibly high, especially in lower ranks, for very low effort. That’s all I am saying. It’s more beneficial to dps most of the time and heal as an after thought and that is why I think they should tweak her design a bit.

I don’t know how a dev team could go from designing such an amazing hero like Ana, who was well received and beloved by most, to conceive heroes like Moira and Brig who garner the most hate and contempt. Mistake were made, but they let it go on for years even when statics, players of all elos universally pointed to the same thing over and over.

Always love it when that happens. Had a guy friend me a week ago just to call me an idiot wall hacker when I kept on killing him in ffa.
Eh Brig takes some effort now to stay alive.
They made her so weak that it is not easy to do what she was doing before.
