He actually wasnt balanced ,he was pretty underpowered and was a joke pick.

Nah, this would be way to powerful. 15M is HUGE.
Using your numbers this would do a maximum of 100dmg-60dmg for anyone hit. This is like dynamite on steroids. This means if you catch everyone in it can do a max of 600-360 dmg team wide. It’s insane.
Not to be salty but coming from my last 3 comp games where I chose a barrier tank thinking I at least have a Moria healer and not getting a single heal. I do not want Moira’s to have ANOTHER reason not to heal.

As someone who actually mains Moira competetively, yes. You need to stop being defensive about your “DPS Moira” play, as there is a Moira who is actually doing her job while DPSing to retain her healing, keeping her team alive, and finishing off low targets vs a Moira who never touches her healing, tries to be a DPS, and just happens to have gold healing because the off healer is someone like Zen and uses that as justification.
But this is my last comment to you as you clearly do not understand what i am talking about and are ignoring the basic explanations.

I never said I never touched my healing.
19k healing is currently my highest with Moira in a match. YOU do not seem to understand that Moira can heal & DPS easily at the same time.

Nope. This idea of yours would promote use of the orb when enemies are grouped. It would encourage it. Right now a Moira has to make a choice of how she wants to use her orb.

The damage orb has been cheap since day 1.
The good thing about it is that a Moira player that throws it out is now not able to heal her team as well and is a target herself.

You’re giving area denial AND damage to an orb that currently gives only damage and according to you is being overused as is. You get what I mean?

You mentioned you saw it happen 3-4 times with a diamond border. Was it the same person?

But how? The only good use for this idea is to throw it out when the enemy team is grouped to make them scatter. It’s basically an Ashe DoT, people will be running to their healers or health packs to stop the damage.
it would be more of a risk to use since it will only deal damage apon explosion
it will require more skill and decision making while leaving more counterplay to it
it will encourage moira to use in specific situations rather then just throw one every now and then
DPS moiras throw games. I can’t count how many times i died when i see a purple orb fly by me instead. Purple ORBS does nothing for damage. USE it to build ult in beginning of a round or to finish off a healer. Dont throw it into the enemy team thinking you will do anything with it. It’s far better to burst heal your team who can stay up and out perform damage by a country mile than a damage orb that does nothing for nobody except give the enemy healers easy ult charge.
