Saying Moira doesn’t have to DPS to heal is like saying Brigette doesn’t have to DPS to heal because she has an E ability, Moira’s healing juice recharges so slowly without DPSing it takes 45 seconds for the bar to refill with no DPSing. It’s literately faster to just suicide with no healing in your bar and come back with a full bar than not DPS.
