This may not be the funnest thing to hear. But yes. Absolutely moira IMO needed to have been nerfed.
Im not a "pro player’ by any means, but having to play around a moira in Quickplay games is insane. Dealing with over-tuned supports is a big issue that people have complained about for YEARS. Especially “Moira”.
The man himself Father Kaplan even jokes about it on stage at Blizzcon that his nephew wanted Moira Nerfed or “deleted” and rightly-so, the “social expectation” of supports are to be “heal bots”.
Many people that have mastered the playing of a support character will say otherwise that they should be “what they are, why they are”.
However, on the other hand. We see them as “raid bosses”. As they have high sustainability under heavy damage, often times abandoning a role which is needed, which is “healing”.
Anyway, its controversial. Im not saying Im right. But I do feel like nerfing moira into the ground is very fair. and if not they need to be nerfing the healing output and passive health regens for supports by a alot.
I think this like should make you know you are not right. There is no situation where “nerfing something into the ground” is a fair one.

Correct, it does NOT make me in the right. I can’t argue that standing point.
Moira is not trash she’s B tier. It’s ok that she’s not meta anymore. You’ll survive.
Just play kiriko if you want permanent S tier support
Moira the only hero who can consistently CARRY a team. She does it all.
Ive carried sooo many teams with her.
Moira is one of the strongest hero’s you can pick in metal ranks.
Think of it this way, if your tank never dies, you win. Moira can do that in most cases.
I skate Moira to masters. If I’m tanking and there’s a Moira I usually win.
The other thing is Moira can 1v1 low skill flankers with ease while still healing her team. You’re up every fight like that.
Honestly keep her there. That way her low skill ceiling will match her max output ceiling. Its a good thing and healthy for the game
