Missing Player Title and Incorrect End of Season Rewards

As the title explains I am missing a player title I should have earned and I also did not receive the correct end of season ranking.

I was Masters 2, 3, 4, and 5 across all roles and open queue. I ended my season rankings all in diamond excluding open queue which stayed in Masters. Weirdly enough I received the “Masters role challenger” but did not receive the “Masters open challenger”.

Anyone else experience this? I know they recently addressed the end of season rankings but mine has yet to be fixed so I figured I’d re-address the issue.
