As the title suggests, I haven’t earned ANYTHING. I watched the entire OWL playoffs but didn’t even receive a single token or skin.

I earn some tokens and no skins 
On twitter it says that everyone who was supposed to get their perks should’ve already received them… I hope this isn’t true, I still also haven’t received any of my contenders skins
(I put in a ticket for customer support!)

I have received my tokens but I am missing some skins and pulse pistol name card and I watched every playoff match and every second of the grand finals. Not sure why I get some rewards but not all of them.

I got nothing. No skins, no tokens. A few days ago I got a pop up in the main menu saying tokens had been awarded but the total amount I had didn’t move.
I filed a support ticket and they said they couldn’t help. I watched for over 20 hours and got zilch.

I too am missing skins. I watched every playoff game and the entire Grand Finals game but I still haven’t received Kiriko, Junker Queen and Sojourn skins and the name cards. Other than that I got all the other skins (they came after some days and separated from one another) and the last things I got were my tokens. But I really wanted everything. I hope they fix everything soon.

Missing Widowmaker, Junker Queen and Kiriko since Soujourn is coming out in January now. Widowmaker is random as I have everyone else from OW1’s OWL skins. Missing all of the rewards from the Grand Finals even though I was watching.

I got I response from customer support!
They told me that I have to wait to see if I got the rewards, do a bug report, which I did. I haven’t checked I got anything, but I doubt that I did, or just not get anything!
I’m going to reply to it later. I do think it’s weird that they can’t verify who watched, even though it’s linked through my blizzard account… I’m losing hope

Same exact thing happened to me. I got a message saying they were delivered, but my tokens didn’t change and I didn’t get any of the skins. I watched the entire finals.
I’m missing all my skins and pulse pistol name card from the grand finals.
