I understand that you are missing your Noire Widowmaker skin that you had on console. This is a known issue that our developers are currently investigating. Overwatch 2 Known Issues - October 25, 2022
I would recommend submitting a bug report on the Overwatch 2 Bug Report Forums so that our developers can investigate this report further. Game Masters are not developers, and we do not have the tools to interact with your Overwatch collection. This type of issue would need to be fixed for all players by the development team.

It’s refreshing to finally read a genuine response, but at the same time it’s kinda funny how they keep redirecting us to that forum thread saying that it’s a “known issue” while there’s literally no mention of said issue in that thread
