Missing Noire Widowmaker skin from merge

Same … This skin is my favorite and i wanted so badly to start of ow2 with it but i didnt come with the merge … i wont play ow2 until the skin is back

I responded to the template response, asking for them to actually read the details of my issue. Hilariously, the response was a different agent who pasted THE EXACT SAME template response AGAIN.

I opened 5 tickets in a row (it’s the max limit of active tickets) :skull: at this point we’re just having a trolling contest with the customer service


me too!! I really hope they fix this. I was soooo excited to get my Noire skin back!


Not having the Noire skin was the thing I hated most about changing from PS4 to PC ages ago. The account merge was supposed to finally fix that, and yet I too have everything else merged without the Noire skin. This bites.

I understand that you are missing your Noire Widowmaker skin that you had on console. This is a known issue that our developers are currently investigating. Overwatch 2 Known Issues - October 25, 2022
I would recommend submitting a bug report on the Overwatch 2 Bug Report Forums so that our developers can investigate this report further. Game Masters are not developers, and we do not have the tools to interact with your Overwatch collection. This type of issue would need to be fixed for all players by the development team.
If you have any other issues feel free to contact us again. Take care and have a good rest of your day.

It’s refreshing to finally read a genuine response, but at the same time it’s kinda funny how they keep redirecting us to that forum thread saying that it’s a “known issue” while there’s literally no mention of said issue in that thread :skull:


Same. None of the Origins skins show on Xbox or PC for me, so only on my PS5.

Wow you somehow got a different response. I don’t understand why they haven’t added the issue to their known issues thread, though. Maybe you could suggest that as a response?

They instantly locked the ticket lol, I assume they noticed I literally spammed their system and decided to give me a somewhat more personal answer and then locked it lol


At least it’s something new. I got the same generic “We know” response that most folks got in my ticket, but at least you pestered them into admitting the Noire skin is an issue. Maybe they’ll finally update their known issues to include it so we can have a sliver of hope that it’ll ever be fixed.

lmao, that’s kind of funny. Well fingers crossed they add it.

Same. It was my fav skin and it’s the only one i’m missing. Please fix this Blizzard the skin is worth a lot of money now…


Same but no origins skins for me either even though they’re on xbox when I want to play there.
