I’ve come across this bug quite frequently when playing Mercy recently, where the sound effect that normally occurs at the end of Valk is no longer playing. I’ve conferred with some other Mercy players who have confirmed that they have been experiencing this sound bug as well.

Don’t worry they are fully aware of this issue and are working on a fix for it in a future update.
