Last week I had around 2500 competitive points, with the start of season 3 I should have received the competitive points of my rank (I’m gold, so 250 points) instead I still have 2500 points.
I already sent tickets to EU support and was told to open a topic here even though the case has already been reported internally

Yea I’m in the same boat. Haven’t received any competitive points either.
