I play on Xbox, and I got the code from Microsoft for the Carbon Fiber Pharah Skin and the Gibraltar Jet Souvenir. I redeemed it on November 1st, and I didn’t receive it then. So I figured it was bugged and I waited. Still missing the items today even though I redeemed the code.

It’s the same thing with noire widowmaker…both are add ons and both are missing.
