I’m part of a gold/plat NA PC team looking for a full-time coach/analyst to help us improve as a team. Right now we are player-coaching, with one of our starting DPS and myself taking up those reigns. Though we feel this is sufficient for playing in tournaments at our level, we have goals of climbing to Open Division and ultimately as far as we can make it into overwatch esports. Our core roster is dedicated to improvement both individually and as a team, but we believe that having a coach who isn’t one of our players will help us develop better strategies, synergies, teamwork, and mechanics across our entire roster. Overall, we’re a very laid-back group of people but we take this game seriously because it’s what we love to do.
