Mercy's design issues and possible solutions

60 HPS just isn’t and has never been an issue. I see no reason to lower it. Mercy already loses the sprint, she only wins in a marathon.

I for one think as well that 60 is no problem, but she also never had a defensive ability like that before.
For raw testing you could go with 60 with that ability of course, but i think the ability to reduce the Dmg output of one enemy should not be underestimated.

I really like these ideas but I think the ultimate charge requirement is a bit too small. Valkyrie already charges pretty fast and has a charge of around 1900.

Resurrect during Mercy’s 1.x versions had a charge requirement of 1625. Valkyrie requires 20% additional charge with a requirement of 1950.
