I watched 15 hours of Contenders, and everything was working correctly, (green circle). I made sure to follow everything everybody has told me on making sure the hours count, and I even got the Sym skin. However, I didn’t get the Mercy skin. I’ve heard other people have had similar issues, so I’m glad it’s not just me.

I also thought I did everything right and did get the symetra skins. I’m really disappointed I didn’t get the mercy skin. Also what’s with the video drout, in barely seen a live come up in November to watch. Id like to monitor the number of live hours iv clocked up.
