I was playing Mercy and her weapon turned gold during the match. I don’t own a single golden weapon and I don’t know what triggered it. It looks cool, it’s just weird. Has anyone else had this?
Happened at around the 02:30 mark.

Kinda wish Blizzard would use this as an excuse to make Mercy turn into Golden Frieza.

It’s a bug. It also happens sometimes to me, usually on Widowmaker.

Thank you thank you. I think I’m getting the hang of her new movement. It’s actually a big buff for her once you get used to it because you can do some pretty cool maneuvers. Or just stay off the ground and avoid shatter.

yeah the new movement is kinda cool
i love flying forward and then jumping back super fast
You can fly into a super hairy situation, start your heal, and Reverse backwards. By the time you’re back out of the fight most dps classes will be fully healed
I had a game where my Ana gun turned gold. Everyone’s weapon turned gold lol.

So now that you got to try it out, did you like it? Would you like to own it forever on all of her skins? You can still choose between using the golden skin or the regular any time.
What an absurd character, I can’t believe how strong her movement is.
Probably not. I’ve had the competitive points to buy a golden weapon for years, but never have because I thought they looked strange. But i do like the sparkles, should a weapon be sparkling? haha (:
Her movement is all she’s got. How else is she supposed to survive?

By using her movement, just with less of it.
She’s a hell of a lot better at flying than pharah is.
They are trying to bribe you into playing support
yea, but pharah can also blow people up with a rocket launcher and isn’t completely reliant on her teammates. (:

Yeah, she’s a support. She’s not meant to do damage. Being able to heal and being invincible, as well as being able to stall a point solo. Is pretty damn op in itself.
