A lady with no proper means of extreme verticality (in her current situation) obtains extreme verticality by crouching near some guy’s shoes. Still in the game, still a massive game changer for survivability, still an unintended consequence.
If you want her to have a high-jump ability give her one. But don’t have her inspecting the shoes of her teammates every-other guardian angel so she can get high off of the shoe-shine and obtain Mario wahoo powers.
