It’s a valid complaint.
But it’s one of the many problems with role lock that ruined flexing in this game.
Old school Ow if my default DPS can’t buy a bucket then I can switch to an option that can cover their weakness.
Now, ya just limited unless your Support kit can carry them.
It’s not just a DPS problem.
With a lower tank population you can get stuck with a bad tank player and nothing you can do as a DPS or Support to stop that incoming stomp.
Same thing with a bad Support player.
That’s the weakness of role lock.
It was bad for 6v6 even worse for 5v5, especially if your teammate is weak on Tank
