You’ll be doing more damage to them, than they will be doing to you. Your damage out put will be greater than their, it’s basically a damage boost!! Ignore the semantics and look at the math! How can you not see that.
Because you aren’t boosting the damage output. You can try to math me all you want.
WTF did I just read!?!?!? LMFAO. Bruh, math is the basis of the game. The damage reduction will have the same effect as a damage boost.
I have no problem giving Mercy a new E ability as long as they keep rez and move it to ult, if it will replace rez then nope i dont want it

At this point mercy is better off without Rez because it will never be balanced
