I mean so far only Ashe has been nerfed “because of Mercy”, yet at the time of Ashe’s nerfs she was meta in OWL with OUT Mercy, in Brig Zen comps. Where Mercy was never played. Just Ashe. Every game. Because Ashe was overtuned by herself.
But sure…Mercy is the issue.
