When jumping, Mercy’s wings open on the way down and it poses an irritating issue for players with overstimulation and hearing sensitivities. There is no way to equip the glide to another key to avoid hearing the sound, and the only way to resolve the problem is to mute all sound effects pretty much which sucks for just one character. Is there a way to turn off just that one sound in something like “accessibility” so overstimulated folks, autistic folks, and hearing sensitive folks can enjoy that particular character as well?

We spoke to the Sound Design team about this, and we’re going to address this in a future game update, hopefully addressing the discomfort you’re experiencing.
