Do you think skins should stay locked?

Overall, do you think that skins for your character should remain locked to where you simply can’t buy them with no explanation of why? Do you think this is just too much control for no other reason than to have it? Why can’t we have free reign to buy skins as we want to without the developers or whomever controls it deciding what we can buy and when? I mean name ONE Game out there that does this like Overwatch does? Why is this restriction seen as a 'good" thing? I mean I don’t know even know …

Please consider posting and speaking out about the skin policy. We need more freedom to buy what we want. Your help is appreciated.
