When testing out Mei headshot dmg on Tracer i noticed that it was diffrent from the dmg a baby Dva received (both 175 hp).
I was testing it in the practice range on console and the dmg on 250 hp targets was always the same
Baby D.Va still gets the Tank headshot damage reduction so that’s why it does less
