Dva was bad or mediocre for a while when McCree was also bad or mediocre. He became a pretty good pick after he got the reload and hp buff. With the faster fire rate he was just okay compared to other dps, after flash duration nerf and back to launch fire rate he was awful. Then flash duration was rebuffed and he was still bad. Hp and reload speed, as well as nerfs to other dps like Ashe and widow have made him good. Doesn’t have to do with dva.
