Kinda wished there’s more variety of heroes rather than just all 1 hero. I play other heroes like Doomfist as well. Also kinda tempted to get Imperius skin (don’t really like the rest) but I already got Thor skin.

I got the exact same skins as you except for Minotaur Rein instead of Heaven’s Devil. I like Rein but getting 5 skins for just him sucks. And while I liked 3 of those skins, it still was too expensive for me to spend coins on them. Maybe if there was something really special I might spend coins but otherwise I’ve never bought a shop item.

They should have at least studied the frequency of items or skins and such that I have interacted most with, clicked most on, tried out and then give offers on those.
That would have given way better chances of having a sale there and a win for me.

I don’t buy OW’s funny money, so I could only afford one thing with what I saved: Reinhardt’s Fallen Knight skin.
Needless to say, I’m a big fan of Max now. He basically recruited me.

It’s not a bad feature however it still isn’t ideal per se because an AI is still deciding for me. I don’t get to decide what’s discounted or what skins are offered. It’s just random. I just don’t get why not allowing players to just choose things for themselves is how they want this to go down. So it’s not bad but it’s still meh and I won’t be buying anything. It’s basically a bad lootbox system.

Yet another horrible addition to the game to make us spend money.
Lootboxes were God-sent in comparison…
This is the same thing they did for the Diablo 4 shop. First couple of passes were a mess, giving discount options for classes I didn’t play. It got better focus after a few months. Still haven’t bought anything through it, but at least it offers things for classes I play.
Same issue here, initial batch of discounts was laughably off. Later iterations should be better. Still won’t buy anything through it.
I think the game is implying you to main Echo. 
Who cares what pops up when it still uses the gold scam currency.
the thing is I see the cards offering 15% off
but, then I realise I get 100% off if I don’t buy anything at all
not as if I can even see the fancy skin…
Funny thing is. I dislike playing echo, I gave echo a try and find her abilities pretty boring. The only fun thing about echo is her transforming to an enemy hero.
Would also like to mention, I hardly touched echo.

need a new director to get the ball moving in the right direction.
at this point there isn’t anything else to blame. there is a sole-source, root-cause reason for this type of decision making. it’s not corporates, it’s someone’s leadership vision on team4 butchering what gamers actually want/need.
