No you will not find cheaters on current gen consoles unless you consider XIM Apex and similar mouse/keyboard devices as cheat devices.
I did, I called you out for using a simple form of bullying in your statement and your response was to ignore that fact and focus on pretending to be a victim even though if you read it you could tell that wasn’t what was happening.

Show me the cheats. You say I’m ignorant, okay, provide the proof then and allow me the opportunity to provide to you ban threads for all of them. You’re calling me ignorant for saying there is no proof and yet you refuse to provide proof.
I’m not saying cheats in FPS games don’t exist. I’m saying that if you cheat in overwatch, you will be near instantly and permanently banned with absolutely no way to bypass it, so the original notion that there are cheaters in every 3 games is just ridiculous.

There’s a lot of overlap in the “you are cheating” and “you are throwing” communities. In those circles, everyone who beats you is a cheater, and everyone you beat is a thrower. It’s a lot like the joke they tell about driving – everyone that drives slower than you is a Sunday driver and everyone that drives faster than you is a maniac.

It’s the staggering lack of accountability in the Overwatch community that causes this. If you lose it’s because you either had throwers or played against a hacker. This is what keeps them in their low ranks.
I don’t think having multiple GM accounts makes me Socrates, but it does mean I have a bit more knowledge than you on what good aim and good tracking can look like in Overwatch.
As a CSGO player, it absolutely does have a hacking problem.
Again, it’s unfortunate that you’re not reading my replies in full, but I’m not saying there are NO cheaters in Overwatch. I’m saying they are VERY few and far between and that the notion that it’s one every three games is outrageous. On top of that, getting banned for cheating gets you PERMANENTLY banned - good luck ever playing again unless you buy a new PC and use a new credit card and change your IP.
It’s both, duh. My DPS acct got to GM from hacks, and my support and tank accounts also got to GM because of l33t aimb0t haxxxxx. Did you not know that hacking as winston immediately puts you in GM?

Funnily enough, I used to have a 4400 rated account. Now only a 3946 rated one which decayed from 4100 and this one which is 3386 after placements. So will get to gm pretty fast. I don’t have gamesense like you dude. I’m just a platchat.

Just saying, aimgod is in GM. Where most hackers would reside and play at. I’m not sure what rank you are at, but i think i will believe the person who plays where hackers are most likely to be found than people who i have no clue where they play at.
It hasn’t insta-banned people, but remember that it used to be called “dva systems” or some garbage like that, and all those losers got banned. They changed the name to “chens cafe” to not be associated with their own cheat being detected. I can’t post links, but I encourage you to visit ownedcore websites like that and search for that cheat and you’ll find the ban threads. They are being banned, permanently, and rightfully so.

Read up, I’ve been accused of being a cheater multiple times in this thread for also saying that it’s not running rampant.

Hmm. Read it again. I stopped playing OW comp except on this one. It decayed since the start of the season. Recently started playing casually again.
While cheaters aren’t rampant, dude, they do exist. Not 1 in 3 matches. That’d be insane obviously. For instance, you can go to bronze and see people stand there still while you shoot. Flicking would seem like you’re hacking. I did come across someone earlier today who was using one tho (entire season) to boost two others. Reported them and moved on.
I’m burnt out of comp in this game with the amount of idiots. Everything is hacker. Including torb’s turret and winston’s tesla cannon. -_-

No one called you a cheater they simply used your terrible logic back on you. You said anyone who admits cheating exists is a terribad and so to prove how foolish that kind of thinking was it was pointed out to you how then anyone who deny cheating must be a cheater… but you seem to have failed to understand what people were trying to show you.

This is what I said in my original reply.
To be 100% clear - I am not saying that absolutely no hackers exist in Overwatch. I am saying that it’s nowhere near as big of a problem as people in this thread are making it out to be. I am saying that besides $600 per month cheats (not an exaggeration, and I’m not posting links because I’ll get banned but you can find them), they’re pretty much all detected. Does this mean that someone will get banned the moment they sign in? No. Blizzard bans in waves, for good reason. If people know something is detected, they obviously won’t play on it. It’s their way of having the biggest impact on the hacking community at once.
To be fair, there will always be cheaters.
Some has been cheating for more 3 years now and haven’t been caught. Some are in GM tiers playing nothing but Bastion and Mccree.
But to give credit where it’s due, Warden works a lot better than the meme that is VAC. Once you are caught cheating, you are banned. Even if you try to buy a new account, it is also banned. So to cheat in this game, prepare to spend an cartoonishly high amount of cash every month for a high quality undectable cheat (like $600 a month or so).
This guy said it a lot nicer than I did and without all the rude bits - so I’m going to end it at “what he said”

Not sure why “every 3rd game or so” sounds like a massive exaggeration to some of you.
It would mean that 97% of the playerbase doesn’t cheat. How is that unreasonable?
