My laptop runned overwatch on high graphics quality and max resolution on 60 fps and now I can’t get to 30 fps with everything low. What are doing blizzard?

No, I don’t use razer on my laptop. I think the problem with this issue is not my laptop but the “all star” update.

There aren’t any known issues with the FPS in the new update and most people don’t have any problems. In this case, we can take a closer look at your system files to see what could be causing the issue:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DxDiag contents between three ~~~, it will look like so:
