Massive fps drop after recent update

hi guys,

i’m experiencing a huge fps drop after the recent update from 140+ at epic to 2-0 30 fps right now. this makes the game unplayable for me at the moment.

i have not change any ingame option , my drivers are all up to date and i have search all guides thoroughly , and i was unable to solve this issue.

my specs:
cpu: i9 8950hk
gpu: gtx 1080
ram : 32gb
2 ssds: samsung evo 2 tb 860
samsung evo 1tb 970 pro

any ideas why ? pls i ned your help

Low FPS with Razer Chroma Software Installed We have seen reports of dramatically lower than expected FPS with Razer Synapse/Chroma installed. Typically players will see their FPS stuck between 15-30 FPS while experiencing this issue. If you have your Chroma device, enable Chroma effects for Overwatch, or uninstall the Razer Synapse/Chroma software and reinstall the newest version of Synapse 3. If you no longer have your Razer device, follow the steps for the Razer blackscreen issue.

Otherwise, please provide a DxDiag. Thank you.

DxDiag instructions (click to expand/collapse)

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
