He DOES need a movement ability. Let him put his legs down and sprint on cool down. Turn off his ability to shoot and orb, obviously, and make his arms flail up in the air in panic, obviously.
Once used, it doesn’t end till he gets killed or makes at back to his spawn. BOOM! I’ve fixed Zenyatta.
