yeah sorry i was referring to PTR assasin sombra, improved hack speed and bullet spread in case you didn’t see the ptr notes. 1v1 moira would win at range if hacked, closer up sombra has a slight advantage, initiating with a hack. if moira attacks sombra, moira wins or sombra runs. sombra in a team fight really hurts moira though assuming she can get the hack off. rremoves her options but it’s not a death sentence like with tracer, doomfist, genji
Typically i avoid tanks if i’m alone as moira, I might mess with a rein to get him to do something stupid but typically i avoid them.
