Tracer had Pulse bomb which deletes tanks so it was nerfed.
Hanzo gets SA which deletes tanks quickly so it…
Almost any ability that can been used to melt a tank in about a second get the same treatment
Was nerfed due to headshoting low hp heroes… Which tanks aren’t. Again soldiers dps hovers around the exact same amount.

to adjust this newly super OP hanzo, i’ve made a QoL adjustment
if only one team has a hanzo, the game is instantly over and hanzo’s team wins
however if both teams have a hanzo, then game on
…in No Limit’s game mode, the more hanzos the team has wins (unless its an equal hanzo count, then game on)

Play of the game for any winning team should be the player’s character select screen as he / she selects Hanzo.
