Match chat and team chat are different things. Match is everybody in the lobby, just turn it off if you dont want to deal with the enemy team.

Your only saying GG because you want to point out YOU had a good game.

That is pretty much a form of trolling the other side.

Saying GG is a snide comment that = “I won” and no one wants to hear it and gets you a one way ticket to mute and block town with most people I know if you do that on the winner or loser side and very few people consider it a respectful move.

You want to be respectful; point out a good play or give the support or tank props for something thats not going to get them a card or potg but helped win the fight.

No. There are 2 different chats you can enable or disable. Team chat is the blue chat, Match chat is the orange chat. Disabling match chat doesn’t effect team chat, just makes it so you can’t talk to the other team.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone make calls by username and not character name? I mean, I guess someone out there might, but what are the odds that that would ever collide with someone whose username is EZ?

My name is short enough most of the time I get called pez and rarely my character, so I can see ez being used

yep :smiley: you need to go the extra hassle to talk to support and let you unblock you, this mute should also just stay 10-20 mins. not really long.
