So I went from Silver 1 to Bronze 1?! This is my first time getting ranked because I lost so much (lost 15, won 4) within the last 4-5 days with my duo partner and they only went from plat 3 to 4 from the same losses. From my understanding, you shouldn’t be able to get downgraded a whole medal from one round of being ranked. I never would have had this issue from the old ranking system when I played overwatch 1. Can someone from account support resolve this error? I’m fine with being downgraded a level or two.
