Major FPS drop?

Not only i have this problem, i asked my friends and some of them have it too. I have random FPS drops every 2-10 seconds form 60 to 47-55, looks like a little freeze. I don’t know, why. I wasn’t changing anything between updates. Update 1: Patch will be out soon: Update 2: Update for PC is out, and it fixed issue for me, but some people are saying issue is still here even after update.
