I bought the watchpoint pass on the Xbox series, switch, and ps5. I merged my accounts but I got no pass, no skins, and no coins. I bought my pass before the launch of OW2 on all systems so I can support my favorite FPS. Are there any news on how I can receive my 6000 coins I’m owed, skins, and BP? Any help would be appreciated
I payed for the premium pass on ps4 not only did anything from my old account carry over my pass was never applied
I bought the Watchpoint Pack on Playstation in the summer to play the beta of OW2 and finally got logged in to play. I noticed that I do not have any of the items included for Watchpoint Pack. If you need a receipt from the Playstation store I can provide one.
My watch point pack that I purchased is not being applied in game… please fix
i purchased this a month and a half ago didn’t get my items or bp, but got the coins. between this, how bad the servers are, and the cosmetic transfer issues; y’all really fumbled this launch.

On Xbox Series X, and I didn’t get anything from the Watchpoint Pack. I know this is known, but this is very frustrating, because this is a very rocky launch and with so much issues it seems there wasn’t any real effort to ensure it was a smooth launch.

I bought the watchpoint pack when it was first available and i still have not received the battlepass, currency, or the 2 skins. I even have a receipt to prove I bought it.
Hope it gets resolved soon. Missing out on all the bonus battle pass XP.

Got nothing from mine as well? I understand there isnt a timeline, but what is the proposed solution/what went wrong. Co sidering just refunding watchpoint which would be disappointing.

I know there is an undetermined ETA as to when this issue will be fixed; however, I would also like to add that I bought the watchpoint pack and it says that I own it, but I do not have any of the promised rewards.
It’s said I brought on the Xbox store and once I click on it it just takes me to overwatch but I literally have nothing and it says I can buy it for 34.99 GBP but it just takes me back to the Xbox store

I have the same problem bought the package before beta begun , about 40$ and i didn’t get any thing in overwatch 2. Also in account merge it says complete. Please fix this problem
