Lucio Legendary Emote

Today I bought 200 league tokens to buy the lucio emote but I am unable to purchase it.

I’m on PS4 in AUS

Unfortunately I it was not intended for that Emote to be available outside of the all-access pass at this time:

We apologize for this inconvenience. This Legendary Lúcio emote was intended to be available only for players who had purchased the Overwatch League All Access Pass on Twitch. It will be available for purchase with Overwatch League tokens at a future date.

you will have to reach out to PlayStation support in order to get a refund for that purchase of tokens. (Only Blizzard can refund PC purchases.) Alternatively, you can also use the tokens for one of the new Overwatch League All-Star skins, which are available now.
