oh im not disagreeing that hack is too strong against some characters…but i still think doomfist is worse off…because of the cooldowns on his primary fire he can barely even do that…

You have to go 2 seconds without taking damage, and please dont pretend that you are not very well rewarded for it, as you regen for double what Lucio does while doing everything else, but more importantly…you dont lose it on a hack.
Furthermore, claiming you will be hit 100% of the time while hacked is silly. I play both characters, and hack has a MUCH smaller effect on Mercy by a long shot, with the sole exception of if you are caught alone, although there is never any reason to be alone.

I dont know, I’d say Doom>Hammond>Lucio, but it is lame and inconsistent regardless.
He can heal and can go fast

To nullify hero’s
If your dying to a sombra so much as Lucio then the sombra just doing her job. Try picking a different healer
