I finished the Twitch drops on the OverwatchContenders channel, I got the Spray no problem, I got the Reaper skin no problem, but it’s been 2 days since finishing Lucio and the skin is not in my game (I’m on PS4)

I have the same issue. Reaper and Collegiate are claimed and in my inventory. Lucio skin is claimed on the Twitch Drops page but its not showing up in my Overwatch inventory. I watched all the streams in a browser with no ad/pop-up blocker, checked my connections on Twitch and Battle.net and nothing seems to be working to fix the issue.
Been talking back and forth with Blizzard CS and they told me to report it as a bug in these forums. Other players have been posting about having issues with various Contenders drops so maybe if enough people post Blizzard might try to fix the issue.
