Low FPS on GTX 1070

Recently I noticed that my frames were dropping on overwatch. I have been getting 70-90 frames when maxed out on ultra settings and when I would lower the settings down to high, I would get frames from 90-110, which is pretty low for a 1070. I tried uninstalling the Nvidia graphics drivers numerous amount of times but I have not found any luck doing that, another thing to mention is that I turned off V-sync in the Nvidia control panel and in the game while also having the rendering scale at 100% because I play at 1080p.

Here is my build:

-CPU: Ryzen 1600 CPU
-GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 Founders Edition
-CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 AIO Cooler
-Motherboard: MSI B350 TOMAHAWK
-RAM: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
-HDD: 1 terabyte
-SSD: None.
-Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 650W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
-Case: NZXT S340 ELITE
-Monitor: Asus VG24QE
-Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB
-Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma
-Mousepad: Steelseries QCK

If anyone can give me any help regarding this issue, it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

Enable xmp in bios to make sure you’re running at 3200 MHz.
