I’m gonna give the benefit of the doubt since OW2 did just release but, lots of skins and other cosmetics didn’t transfer for me. This includes event-limited ones such as Lu Bu Reaper or Halloween Pumpkin Reaper, but also includes generic ones that are always available such as Oni Genji and Griefhardt Rein. Of course, in other cases, I still have generic and event-limited legendaries such as Witch Mercy successfully transferring. Why is it that some of my skins transferred no problem, but for other heroes I don’t have the legendaries anymore? It’s really annoying that when I look at Reaper, I have all the blue and purple skins I used to own, but as soon as it comes to legendaries they took each and every single one away.
