They don’t ban cheats anymore to increase player base. Only the most obvious, blatant cheats will be banned, the soft bots that most scrubs are using have been running rampant for months

Where is your evidence of them not banning soft bots to “increase player base” instead of them not banning them because they didn’t detect them?

It’s my belief that only about 5% of dps who use hitscant past diamond aren’t cheating.
