I have progress and cosmetics from OW1 that have not transferred. I have made sure it’s the correct account (Only have 1 of each). But I can’t get my progress and all my skins and golden weapons back. I don’t have much proof, but I have a couple of videos and screen shots of gameplay showing my tag and items that aren’t unlocked in OW2. I put a good bit of money into that game and effort into competitive. I’m missing 4 golden variants as well. What do I need to do to get my stuff back?
